Hi! I’m Elin and I’m qualified in CBT, NLP, ACT, Sports Nutrition & Holistic Health Coaching. I specialise in all things self sabotage and empowerment.


I’ve been coaching women all over the world since 2018 and work as an educator & writer for Women’s Fitness Academy, a coach, podcast host and international speaker.
